Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to list your business on Salon Shark. Please read our policy regarding refunds and cancellations carefully.
1. Digital Service Nature
Salon Shark provides a digital listing service. The registration fee (e.g., Rs. 1000) covers the administrative review, data hosting, and placement of your business profile on our digital live map and directory.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be granted under the following circumstances:
- Your submitted salon listing is rejected by our verification team.
- Your listing fails to be published on the live map within 72 hours of successful payment verification.
- A duplicate payment was accidentally processed.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Once your salon listing has been successfully reviewed, approved, and published live on the Salon Shark directory, the listing fee is considered fully consumed and is strictly non-refundable.
4. Cancellation & Removal
You may request to have your listing removed from the Salon Shark directory at any time by contacting our support team via WhatsApp or Email. However, voluntarily removing your listing after it has been published does not entitle you to a refund of the original listing fee.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for a rejected or delayed listing, please email salonsharks@gmail.com or contact us via WhatsApp at +44 735 2046855 with your Transaction ID and Salon Name. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
