Because Salon Shark is a digital platform and directory, we do not ship physical goods. This policy outlines how our digital services are delivered to you upon successful registration and payment.

1. Method of Delivery

Service delivery at Salon Shark refers to the successful publication of your business profile (including your salon name, city, specialty, timings, and WhatsApp contact link) onto our live web directory and interactive map.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Once you submit your application and Transaction ID via our portal, your listing enters a "Pending" status for administrative review.

3. Confirmation of Delivery

You can confirm the delivery of our service by visiting the main Salon Shark website (e.g., ) and searching for your salon name or locating your business node on the interactive map.

4. Delays or Non-Delivery

If your salon does not appear on the live map within 72 hours of submission, this may be due to an invalid Transaction ID, incomplete information, or a technical error. In such cases, please contact our support team immediately at salonsharks@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +44 735 2046855 so we can manually process your delivery.
